into the prestigious Hôtel de Fleury in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés.

Project Overview: A Historic Landmark in Need of Renaissance

As part of the State’s initiative to rationalize public property, Regenium Capital participated in a competition to reimagine the purpose of the iconic 10,000 m² ‘Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées’ building in Saint Germain des Prés, Paris. The proposal aimed at converting the iconic building into a luxury hotel featuring 200 opulent guest-rooms and suites. The envisioned Hôtel de Fleury would not only be a haven for discerning travelers but also a cultural hub, hosting several restaurants, a literary café, and a naturally lit swimming pool.

Preserving Heritage: A Harmonious Blend of Past and Present

The proposed transformation emphasized the preservation of the building’s architectural heritage while infusing modern luxury and functionality. Regenium Capital sought to seamlessly integrate historical elements with contemporary amenities, creating a timeless space that pays homage to its prestigious past.

Luxurious Offerings: Culinary Delights and Tranquil Retreats

The redesigned Hôtel de Fleury promised a luxurious experience for its guests. Multiple restaurants would cater to diverse culinary tastes, ensuring a gastronomic journey within the hotel. A literary café would provide a sophisticated space for intellectual and cultural pursuits, while a naturally lit swimming pool would offer a tranquil retreat in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés.
